Paint care

Cleaning, polishing, and sealing of all paint surfaces

Paint Rubber

With Swissvax products, you choose a paint care system that builds upon various steps to achieve the best results in shine and care.

An exceptional result needs a good foundation:

Achieve deep cleaning of all paint surfaces with Swissvax Paint Rubber. The cleaning clay gently removes deposits like overspray, rust, and industrial fallout.

Application Paint Rubber

1. Wash and dry the vehicle thoroughly.

2. Spray Swissvax Quick Finish on the surface to be treated and gently move the Paint Rubber back and forth with light pressure.

3. If the paint still doesn't feel smooth, repeat the process.

4. Treat the cleaned paint surface with Swissvax Cleaner Fluid Regular and seal with Swissvax Wax.

The Paint Rubber can be used until the entire clay is saturated with dirt particles.

Cleaner Fluids

To establish a good bond between the paint and Swissvax Waxes, the paint layer should be treated with Swissvax Cleaner Fluid after washing and possibly Paint Rubber.
This nourishing paint care solution works without abrasives and completely removes light scratches, tar, tree sap, or old wax. For stronger scratches, Cleaner Fluid Strong or Medium is recommended as a first step.

Application Cleaner Fluids

1. Wash and dry the vehicle thoroughly (possibly treat with Paint Rubber).

2. Apply Cleaner Fluid Regular generously with a Swissvax cotton applicator (white) in a cross-hatch pattern (no circular motion) over an area such as the hood or both fenders until the surface is evenly "nourished."

3. Do not allow Swissvax Cleaner Fluid Regular to dry. Buff the still-wet Cleaner Fluid Regular with a Swissvax Micro-Fluffy microfiber cloth. Turn the cloth frequently. Please do not use other commercially available microfiber cloths, as there is a risk of scratches!

4. Same application for Cleaner Fluid Medium and/or Strong.

Waxes

The secret to a deep, mirror-like, and resistant paint surface lies in the handcrafted Swissvax Waxes. Depending on your needs, you can choose between different types of waxes. The application process remains the same.

Application of universal & special waxes

1. Apply Swissvax Wax with a Swissvax sponge applicator (black) or with the palm of your hand, creating an even wax film on the paint surface.

2. Let it sit for a few minutes, but do not let it dry.

3. Buff to a high gloss with a clean Swissvax Micro-Fluffy. Keep turning the cloth.

4. Do not touch the paint surface for 3 hours and, when possible, place the vehicle in the sun after treatment. You will observe the gloss deepening over time.

5. If necessary, give the surface a quick wipe with a Swissvax Micro-Polish (blue).
